I love my little treasures. One can do without so many things, but life without them, a present from heaven, would be a tragedy for me. Sometimes folk ask me why don't I apt for a "better life in Europe".  A perfect world doesn't exist anywhere, what is important for me I found here. The world is changing, all too often not in a positive way, older folks remember better days, but as the British say, don't cry over spilled milk. - After Doctors without Boarders declared they are forced to stop operating in Gaza City, too dangerous for their life, (nonetheless Israel managed to kill one recently) and folks worry that the Flotilla of Surmond (50 boats from 44 countries bound for Gaza) are highly endangered of a bloodshed, the activists on board are already subjected to Israeli drones using tear gas and sound bombs. They are treated like terrorists, though unarmed civilians in international waters. Meanwhile the Flotilla has been intercepted and while Israeli forces are occupied occordingly, grateful Palestinians used the opportunity to do some fishing, which they had been prevented from doing for quite a long time. Human rights activists of the Flotilla, detained by Israeli forces, complained of harsh conditions, physical and psychological. Macron urged Israeli authorities to respect international laws. Meanwhile many have been deported to other countries, e. g. Spain and Portugal or Jordan (those from Arabian countries) . Prior those activists were left for hours without water and food. Greta Thunberg received special punishment, insulted, pulled by her hair, forced to kiss the Israelian flag, then wrapped in this flag like a victory trophy, left to sit for hours on a hard ground, locked in a cell with bedbugs which led to a rash, dehydrated. All of this in front of witnesses. What harm would have been done, had Israel allowed the Flotilla to continue and deliver their aid for Gaza? It could have been a minor indication that Israel is serious with wanting peace. Instead, Israeli forces ignored Trump's call for an immediate halt of bombings and continued the senseless killing of 60 Palestians on Saturday and additional 20 on Sunday. So far more than 67,000 Palestians have been killed, mainly women and children. Mr. Trump surprised the world by seemingly pushing Netanyahu to accept his 21 points peace plan for Gaza. When Mr. Trump demanded the Nobel peace price, I actually at first thought that he was joking. Hebrew media outlets report warnings that Netanyahu may seek to undermine the US peace plan. He might use his usual tricks in order not to loose power and avoid prison sentences. Even Israelis regard their present extreme right wing government as an obstical to end the Gaza war. When Netanyahu made his speech in New York - can't say in front of the UN, as almost all members walked out (the usual suspects remained seated) - , Netanyahu got a good demonstration of what "stand alone" means for his country. Pope Leon XIV recently advised : "No peace in revenge, you cannot build the future on violence, forced displacement and the spirit of revenge." When the self-made "peace maker" , Donald Trump was asked,  should Ukrainians also have a word to say reference a peace agreement, he paused and then replied that's an interesting question. Same applies to Palestinians? Or are they like children who need to be controlled, told what to do, what is allowed and what is forbidden. Colonize Palestinia through US and European masters (e. g. Smiley Tony Blair, not a popular figur in the Oriental world) , is this what we learned from history? So

Trump believes he should receive the Nobel Peace price, for his constant support of Israel? Then perhaps Germany should be nominated as well. Their minister of foreign affairs didn't forget to mention just recently that Israel must still be able to protect its security. If I would threaten and attack all my neighbors, I would worry about that too! Anyhow, there is hope Donald Trump will stop the war in Gaza, he seems to be the only person Netanyahu might listen too, though obviously not very keen, smoke over Gaza is still viewable. At least 60 Israelian soldiers have already committed suicide, others will suffer from nightmares and have problems returning to normal life, this is one of the reasons why I say that Netanyahu destroyed the soul of Israel. Other countries had simular experiences following a brutal war. Unfortunately folks with a Jewish religion, not at all in agreement with the Israelian government, are getting tarnished with the same brush. I can not say one bad word about those I personally met, intelligent, sensitive persons, who believe in equality and human rights. And I shall never get tired of correcting those who say "Hitler was right" , such stupidity makes my blood boil. A hell lot of evil was and still is the result of Nazis horrible atrocities. Let us hope and pray for peace in Gaza and may the Palestinians receive all the help and support they need. In my opinion Germany has a special responsibility, Palestinians are paying for German history. Grandparents' experience gets engraved on grandchilds' brains. "Stellvertreterkriege" (deputy wars) are a known phenomenon.
