Such an original. Sadly our senior, 13 years old Tiger, disappeared 4 days ago. We searched for him everywhere, so far in vain. He hasn't got many teeth left, dark fur, white bib and paws, a chronic cold and a floppy ear, not ideal to survive on the street, in particular as the cats in the neighborhood don't know him and may feel tempted to therefore chase him away. He was born in our house and always stayed with us, a family member! We hope and pray he will find his way back home. Lovely, gentle teenager cat, Daily, has passed away. Tunisians appear to dream of skyscrapers, a car or at least a pretty loud motorcycle, a must for youngsters who love racing (also in a residential area, many cats pay the toll with their life, speed restriction, e. g. 30 km like in Europe, would be great), don't mind black stinking exhaust clouds from cheap petrol/diesel, seal (too much) ground with concrete, love to let their engines run idle, yet complain about too high prices, sadly all too often lack environmental awareness . Bananas disappeared from shelvings, ever since the government restricted the price to 7 Dinar per kg. Strange, even in Carrefour where these were sold for quite some time at exactly that price, while elsewhere up to 15 Dinar was charged. In Germany that imports Bananas from the same South American countries as Tunisia, they are still available, even at a lower price. - What is important in life? Depends on where you stand, perhaps education, and possibly on your family  background. The White House was built 123 years ago. The US immigration authorities, ICE, continues to arrest and deport on a big scale those who are, or perhaps just look like more or less unwanted foreigners, immigrants, (though actually all Americans were immigrants or have such family roots, including the president and his wife).  Mr. Trump, who is still dreaming of the Nobel Peace Price, would like to see even more deportations and wants to welcome white South Africans, as asylum seekers.  A recent victim's  deportation from California, Sami Hamdi, a British-Tunisian commentator, was stopped by a federal court. Perhaps all immigrants, plus those with such roots should be deported from US and the country left to the First Nation. Far- right politians protested against the arrest of 9 guilty soldiers and stormed the prison, managed to free 4. Settlers attacked Bedouin farmers and other Palestinians more than 1000 times during the first 8 months of 2025, they are no longer stopped but rather protected, or even joint by Israelian forces. When Netanyahu threatened to kill all Hamas members and claimed he can do this with the support of some unsuspected Palestians, he spoke the truth (though of course killing all Hamas members won't be possible) . There are criminal gangs among Palestinians, assisted by Israel with weapons and money, as well as arranged loitering of aid carrying vans (forced changed routes to facilitate ambushes) intended for starving Palestians. Divide the enemies' strength by making them suspicious or forcing them to employ their forces in different places. Later on other dictators /governments also learned from history this trick.
